4. Online Appointment Booking via Treatwell
We use Treatwell (Hotspring Ventures Limited, 222 Grays Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB, United Kingdom) for online appointment bookings. Treatwell is integrated into our website as an iFrame. When you access the booking section, personal data (including your IP address and browser information) is transmitted to Treatwell. For the purposes of booking, Treatwell processes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and appointment details.
Legal basis: your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. Treatwell’s privacy policy: www.treatwell.de/datenschutz.
5. Contact via WhatsApp
You may contact us via WhatsApp (provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). When you send us a message, your telephone number and the content of your message are transmitted to Meta and processed on their servers. 6. Google Maps

7. Fonts (Locally Hosted)
This website uses the fonts “Cormorant Garamond” and “Jost”. The font files are stored locally on our server and are not loaded from Google’s CDN. No connection to Google’s servers is established, and no personal data (including IP addresses) is transmitted to Google.
8. Google Reviews (Trustindex)
On our website, we embed Google reviews via the service “Trustindex” provided by Trustindex Kft., Saru u. 5/d, 2161 Csomád, Hungary. Trustindex is a service provider based in the European Union.
When you visit a page containing the review widget, certain data (including your IP address and browser information) is transmitted to Trustindex in order to display the widget correctly. Trustindex previously retrieves the displayed reviews from our Google Business Profile and caches them.
A transfer of data to third countries outside the EU generally does not take place through Trustindex.
